Refund policy

Returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Sale or promotional items are final sale.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return or exchange:
• Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and with tags attached
• Items must be free from pet hair, odors, perfumes, or signs of use
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Approved returns may be exchanged (subject to availability) or refunded to the original payment method.
